Hong Kong activist Joshua Wong pleads guilty in second national security case
Pro-democracy activist Joshua Wong pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to collude with foreign forces under Beijing's national security law. It is his second prosecution under the law introduced in 2020, with sentencing to follow. The offense carries a prison term of three to 10 years, or up to life imprisonment if deemed of grave nature.
