Germany formally accuses Russia of August drone attack on Leipzig airport

Germany's government said on Tuesday that Russia was responsible for a drone attack on Leipzig airport on August 4 that targeted Ukrainian cargo aircraft. Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt said the drone components matched those used in hybrid operations against Ukrainian interests. Air traffic was suspended for two hours during the incident.
