Israeli veterans group says military justifies attacks after the fact

Breaking the Silence, an Israeli veterans' organisation, says the military attacks Palestinians in Gaza and then seeks evidence to support those operations. The group's executive director called the practice "retrospective incrimination," with those killed later identified as Hamas members. Two Israeli air strikes killed at least 5 Palestinians in Gaza on Monday, according to health officials.
