Jean-François Leroy, founder of Visa pour l'Image photojournalism festival, dies at 69
Jean-François Leroy, the founder and longtime director of the Visa pour l'Image festival in Perpignan, died Monday morning at age 69. He spent nearly four decades championing photojournalists and their work through the international festival. He died of cancer.
