Putin and Xi meet in Kyrgyzstan for Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit
Vladimir Putin of Russia and Xi Jinping of China will join more than a dozen other leaders in Kyrgyzstan on Monday for a regional summit. The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, now in its 25th year, unites Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Iran, four Central Asian nations and Belarus, which is aligned with Moscow.
