Fedorov pursues American backing for Ukraine defence technology venture

The former defence minister told the Financial Times he is pursuing U.S. funding to establish a defence technology fund and develop weapons companies. Ukraine's current defence chief Yevhenii Khmara indicated the country aims to accelerate access to a €45 billion ($52.1 billion) European Union loan scheduled for 2025.
