Death toll reaches 750 in Nepal-Tibet floods as 3,000 remain missing

The death toll from Wednesday's flash floods in the Nepal-Tibet border region has risen to 750, with more than 3,000 people still missing. Rescue operations have been hampered by heavy rain and swollen rivers, while teams work to extract dozens of hydropower workers from inundated tunnels.
