West Bank deaths of Palestinian minors spike sharply since Gaza conflict began
Since the October 7, 2023 start of the Gaza war through June 2026, Israeli forces have killed 235 children and teenagers in the West Bank, according to B'Tselem, an Israeli human rights organization. A Palestinian government body, the Colonisation and Wall Resistance Commission, counted 250 deaths in that same span. From 2005 to 2021, such killings averaged roughly one young Palestinian per month.
