Manchester City opens talks with Liverpool over signing Gakpo

Manchester City opened talks with Liverpool on Saturday evening about signing 27-year-old Netherlands forward Cody Gakpo. Tottenham Hotspur are also interested, but Gakpo favours Manchester City if he leaves Liverpool.
