Israel-Lebanon talks postponed to October as tensions flare in south
Negotiations scheduled for Rome next week have been delayed until October, a U.S. official said, as President Joseph Aoun visited southern Lebanon on Saturday following Israeli military operations. Israel seized parts of Ali Taher ridge this month and said it destroyed Hezbollah tunnel networks there, despite a June ceasefire agreement.
