Russian drone strike kills four, wounds 60 in Ukrainian city of Pavloggrad
A Russian drone strike on the southeastern Ukrainian city of Pavloggrad killed at least four people and wounded more than 60 on Thursday, hitting near shopping centers during daylight hours when streets were crowded, according to Ukraine's interior minister Ivan Vygivski. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said there would be no trilateral peace talks before Russian elections.
