Two former Orpea executives to face trial for insider trading in Paris
Two former executives of the French nursing home group Orpea will stand trial in Paris for insider trading and money laundering, the national financial prosecutor said. Yves Le Masne and Jean-Claude Brdenk are suspected of selling shares before publication of a 2022 book that exposed misconduct at the company.
