France begins testing Tesla's autonomous driving system ahead of European vote
France has started on-road tests of two Tesla vehicles equipped with the company's FSD advanced driver assistance system, French Transport Minister Philippe Tabarot said. The move follows provisional approval by the Netherlands in April and subsequent backing from Belgium, Denmark, Estonia and Lithuania, with a bloc-wide vote on the technology potentially coming next month or in early December.
