Telefónica sells historic Madrid headquarters to Olivo for 200 million euros
Telefónica completed the sale of its landmark Gran Vía headquarters to real estate entrepreneur Tomás Olivo on September 1 for approximately 200 million euros. The building, which has housed the company's operations for nearly a century, now contains Spain's largest Movistar store alongside a cinema, television studio, recording facilities and the Fundación Telefónica.
