EU summons Russian envoy after drone attack at Leipzig airport

The European Union summoned Russia's top diplomat on Wednesday after an explosive-laden drone incident at Leipzig airport in Germany. Kallas, the EU's foreign policy chief, characterized the attempted attack as bearing hallmarks of state-sponsored terrorism, a position France said it shared. Sanctions are under consideration by the bloc.
