U.S. judge orders trial for suspect in Charlie Kirk killing

A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, 23, will stand trial for the death of Charlie Kirk, who was shot in the neck at a university campus rally in September 2025. Robinson faces the death penalty and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
