Apple changes Lake Ontario to Lake America on US maps following Trump order

Apple has renamed Lake Ontario to "Lake America" on its Maps app for users in the United States, following an executive order from President Trump, joining Google in the change. However, MapQuest continues to use "Lake Ontario" and has surged to the top of the US App Store download charts.
