Hwang Hee-chan loaned to Schalke after five seasons in England

South Korea international Hwang Hee-chan joined Bundesliga club FC Schalke 04 on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers. The 30-year-old attacker will remain with the German club through the end of the 2026/27 season, with Schalke holding a purchase option worth approximately €3m.
