Danso joins Sunderland from Tottenham on season-long loan

Austria defender Kevin Danso has moved to Sunderland on loan from Tottenham through the end of the season. The deal carries a £2.5m loan fee and a £22.5m option to buy permanently next summer if Sunderland stay in the Premier League.
