TCL sues Samsung over false Mini LED advertising in televisions

TCL sued Samsung in Los Angeles federal court Monday, accusing it of falsely advertising M Model televisions as using Mini LED technology. Samsung introduced the models last March at prices undercutting TCL's least expensive Mini LED televisions while marketing them as featuring Mini LED. TCL is seeking an injunction and unspecified damages.
