Shein shares plunge 10% in Hong Kong trading debut after years of delays
Shein's stock fell as much as 10% in its first day of trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, opening at 48.56 Hong Kong dollars before sliding to 43.72 Hong Kong dollars. The fast-fashion retailer's valuation has dropped 73% since 2022 amid rising tariffs, regulatory pressure and competition in key markets.
