Shein shares fall 10% in Hong Kong trading debut after years of delay
Online fashion retailer Shein completed its long-delayed initial public offering in Hong Kong on Tuesday, raising $1.7 billion at a valuation of $26.5 billion. The stock opened at HK$48.56, in line with the IPO price, but fell to HK$43.8 in early trading, a sharp decline from the company's 2022 valuation near $100 billion.
