Ex-gang leader convicted of murder in Tupac Shakur killing

A jury in Clark County, Nevada found Duane Davis guilty of first-degree murder for his role in the Las Vegas killing of hip-hop star Tupac Shakur in a drive-by shooting decades ago. Davis faces a maximum sentence of life without parole at his sentencing on October 13. Police long suspected Davis but lacked evidence to charge him until he publicly discussed the killing in media appearances and a 2019 memoir.
