Russia vows massive energy strikes as Ukraine intensifies drone campaign

Russia's Defence Ministry announced preparations for major strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, describing the move as retaliation for Kyiv's drone campaign against warehouses and oil facilities. A missile attack on the Russian city of Belgorod killed two people and injured 16, the acting governor said.
