Lavrov warns NATO Arctic moves threaten Russian security

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has declared that NATO's Arctic operations pose a direct security threat to Russia, according to an article he published Monday. The alliance launched Arctic Sentry in February and has since expanded its military footprint in the region, including a Norwegian brigade expansion.
