Over 20 unaccounted for in Grand Canyon flash flood

A major flash flood struck Bright Angel Creek at the Grand Canyon on Saturday afternoon, forcing dozens to evacuate with more than 20 people reported missing or unaccounted for. The National Park Service said the deluge carried large boulders, metal structures and debris downstream into the Colorado River, destroyed footbridges and dramatically reshaped the terrain.
