Central banks of UAE and Egypt coordinate on Banque Misr following US sanctions

The US Treasury has blocked Banque Misr's UAE branches from accessing dollar transactions due to the bank's Iran dealings. In response, the central banks of both nations said Sunday they are working together to ensure the bank can continue operating normally.
