NATO sees no imminent attack threat despite Russian hybrid operations in Europe

A NATO official said on Sunday that Russia is stepping up hybrid acts across Europe, but the alliance currently sees no imminent threat of attack. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said NATO must prepare for various scenarios, noting that a Russian provocation against any NATO member cannot be ruled out.
