Ferry with 270 passengers capsizes off North Cyprus

A passenger ferry capsized off the coast of North Cyprus on Sunday with approximately 270 people aboard. The vessel began taking on water for reasons not yet determined, shortly after departing from Kyrenia port. Turkish Cypriot coastguard boats and a rescue helicopter were deployed, with some passengers already rescued and brought to shore.
