Venezuela asserts it keeps sovereignty over oil in US agreement

Interim leader Delcy Rodriguez stated Venezuela maintains ownership and control of its oil resources under a new agreement giving the United States majority control of 65 billion barrels of proven reserves. President Donald Trump called it "the biggest oil deal in world history," backed by $100 billion from private investors to restore the industry.
