Diane Parry wins first WTA title at Monterrey

Diane Parry defeated Elise Mertens in the final of the WTA 500 tournament in Monterrey to claim her first career title on the main circuit. The French player becomes the second woman from her country to win the event, following Marion Bartoli's victory in 2009.
