Missing toll from Nepal-China flood passes 3,000 as rescuers battle mud and rising waters

The death toll from a glacial collapse that struck the China-Nepal border on Wednesday has reached 750, with 3,044 people still missing. Rescuers in both countries are working through mud and floodwaters to find survivors, including workers trapped in a tunnel at a hydroelectric site in Nepal.
