Appeals court says Nevada can regulate Kalshi's prediction markets as gambling

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Kalshi cannot block Nevada oversight of its prediction markets, a decision federal regulators said conflicts with an earlier appeals court ruling and should be resolved by the Supreme Court.
