Attack reported on ship in Strait of Hormuz as oil supply concerns mount

Maritime trackers received reports of an attack on a vessel in the Strait of Hormuz on Sunday. The British navy-affiliated agency UKMTO said a projectile hit the ship, with damage and crew status unknown. The report comes after Saudi Arabia temporarily closed its East-West pipeline following a drone attack that Baghdad and Riyadh said originated in Iraq.
