France refers leaked budget document to prosecutors
The French government has referred an internal budget document leak to the Paris prosecutor's office under Article 40 of the criminal procedure code. The leaked work concerned possible taxation of employee savings plans. Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu's office stated he had never supported the idea.
