Putin orders 72-hour halt to Kyiv strikes as U.S. envoys arrive in Moscow
Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a 72-hour pause in strikes on Kyiv beginning at midnight on September 5, the Kremlin said. U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner arrived in Moscow for talks and are expected to visit Kyiv on September 6.
