US envoys arrive in Moscow with Trump proposal to end Ukraine war

President Trump sent envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Moscow on Saturday with a plan to end the conflict. Russia and Ukraine agreed to halt strikes on each other's capitals for three days while talks proceed in both cities.
