Jury deadlock leads to mistrial in case of woman accused of killing three children

A jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict after seven days of deliberations in the trial of Lindsay Clancy, accused of killing her three children in Massachusetts in January 2023. Judge William Sullivan declared the trial a mistrial, leaving the Plymouth County district attorney to decide whether to pursue a new trial, negotiate a plea agreement, or drop the charges.
