Rossel enters exclusive talks to acquire Sud Ouest press group

Rossel, the Belgian owner of La Voix du Nord, announced exclusive negotiations on September 3 to acquire the Bordeaux-based Sud Ouest press group. The deal would push Rossel's revenue above 400 million euros, making it the third-largest regional press operator in France.
