Kyrgios accepts one-month ban after positive cocaine test

Nick Kyrgios accepted a one-month suspension following a positive test for benzoylecgonine, a cocaine metabolite, from a sample taken at the Mallorca Open in June. He was provisionally suspended on 4 August and told investigators he used cocaine at a nightclub in Magaluf on 20 June. The ITIA reduced his ban from a possible three months after he entered treatment.
