Apple faces £2 billion UK lawsuit over app tracking rules

Apple is being sued at London's Competition Appeal Tribunal over its App Tracking Transparency feature, which the lawsuit alleges imposed stricter requirements on third-party developers than Apple's own services. The case follows years of regulatory scrutiny across Europe, including investigations in Germany, France, Italy and Poland.
