Israel cautions that US pressure on Iran risks triggering reckless Tehran response

Defence Minister Israel Katz warned Thursday that economic sanctions imposed by Washington have been effective against Iran but risk forcing the country toward dangerous action. Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said Israel is preparing both political and economic countermeasures against Britain and other nations that have sanctioned Israeli industry.
