Gloria Steinem, feminist icon and reproductive rights champion, dies at 92
At age 92, Gloria Steinem died at her New York City home on September 2. The journalist and activist spent over fifty years fighting for women's equality and reproductive freedom, and was instrumental in establishing the National Women's Political Caucus and the Women's Media Center.
