Spanish PM rejects police findings blaming Morocco for Ceuta migrant crisis

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez told lawmakers there is no evidence Morocco's government orchestrated the Ceuta migrant crisis, rejecting a police report that appeared to assign blame to the country. His remarks came after tens of thousands protested across Spain against his handling of the migrant influx, though he acknowledged Ceuta presented both humanitarian and administrative challenges.
