Spain's PM says no evidence Morocco orchestrated July Ceuta migrant surge
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez told lawmakers Thursday that Spain had found no evidence to conclude that Morocco orchestrated or carried out July's deadly border rush into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta. Moroccan security forces were cited in a police report for numerous shortcomings.
