Liechtenstein parliament approves abortion legalization initiative

The Liechtenstein Landtag voted by narrow majority on Wednesday to approve a citizen initiative to legalize abortion, which had gathered a significant number of signatures. Prince Aloïs, the regent, opposes the initiative and holds a veto right over it.
