Trump proposes calling the Strait of Hormuz by his own name

On Wednesday, Trump proposed calling the Strait of Hormuz "Trump Strait" and claimed US control of the waterway. The White House posted a map marking it "Trump Strait" and said "It's got a nice ring to it." Trump previously proposed renaming Lake Ontario "Lake America" and the Gulf of Mexico the "Gulf of America," which neither Canada nor Mexico accepted.
