Norris launches LN4 Fusion junior team as F1 champion backs young drivers

Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a junior single-seater racing team that will compete in multiple championships starting in 2027, including Formula 3 and Formula 2. Norris is the first F1 world champion to directly back a junior team in the modern single-seater era and has also established the LN4 Legacy programme to support young drivers with financial assistance, coaching and career guidance.
